Please review all policies carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order & Booking
Orders must be placed at least 7-10 days in advance.
Orders are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Availability is limited and dates are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pickup.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
Orders canceled within a short timeframe of the pickup date may not be eligible for a refund.
Custom Orders
Custom designs are welcomed. Pricing may vary based on design complexity.
Inspiration photos are accepted, but exact replicas are not guaranteed.
Pickup
Pickup is located in Conroe, TX.
The exact address will be provided after order confirmation. Please arrive in time.
Product Care
All products are made fresh and are delicate. Please keep items refrigerated until ready to serve. Ivory Confections is not responsible for damage once the order has been picked up.
Allergy Notice
Products are made in a home kitchen and may come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts.
